Sorry to hear of Dr. Carter's passing. He was
admired by all of those of us that worked for him at
the plant in Arcadia. He was a good teacher and
supervisor. He talked fondly of his wife, boys,
church, and community. Though he will be missed, I
have no doubt where he will spend eternity. He
honored God and his family. My prayers for comfort
for his family.
