Our sincerest condolences to the Combs family on the recent passing of Clara. We deeply regret other obligations that prevent us from attending her wake or funeral services, but that does not diminish the love and appreciation we have for Clara. There are memories too many to mention in this short space, but our lives are filled with fond memories of her faithfulness, love, work ethic, humor and grace. But I must confess, on behalf of my brothers, that perhaps what we'll miss most of all is her cornbread dressing. It was always masterfully done, and we looked forward to the generous gift of cornbread dressing she provided for our family every Thanksgiving and Christmas. Clara was a very special lady. She will be missed by all. May God bless, comfort and strengthen you during your time of grief.
