Mr. Carter J. Racks, 87, a Retired Plumber, of Ruston, formerly of Franklin, Louisiana passed on Thursday March 22, 2012 at the Northern Louisiana in Ruston. Viewing will be prior to the services on Wednesday March 28, 2012 from 9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. at the Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church 1110 Barrow St. in Franklin, LA. Mr. Racks's Homegoing Celebration Services will be held Wednesday March 28, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church in Franklin, Louisiana with Reverend Randle, Officiating. The Committal and Burial Services will immediately follow in the St. John Cemetery of Franklin, Louisiana.
